It was a revolutionary moment in Arizona golf, as the Monument\u2019s dramatic landscape and impeccable conditions raised the bar for public golf for the entire Southwest. Still, the front nine on the Pinnacle was the better of those two nines and when you combine them with the course\u2019s signature hole \u2013 the one-of-a-kind, par-5 third hole nicknamed \u201cMonument\u2019\u2019 (what else?) \u2013 this course remains a \u201cmust play\u2019.
